Refund & Return Policy
At RaisinTees, all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
We only accept claims in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item is incomplete (missing parts of the order)
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product or design)
How to submit a claim: If your order falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@raisintees.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to cover the cost of a replacement shipment.
