At RaisinTees, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Send an email to contact@raisintees.com and include:

• your order number
• a photo of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.


How to Start a Return

Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery details.

If a replacement shipment is requested due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
